C&C staff perform topographic and route surveys for roadway projects. One recent example is our survey of a four-mile-long segment of State Route 2 in Gill and Greenfield, MA. Key project details include:

C&C survey staff have developed complex easement and taking documentation for numerous projects. One example shown above is the underground easements at Downtown Crossing Red Line Station for the MBTA. Key project details include:

accommodate existing BWSC and City easements below grade.

accommodate existing property lines for commercial buildings.

develop below grade easements for construction of proposed elevators.

extensive rounds of coordination with MBTA Legal and elevator designers.
C&C survey staff completed the full host of survey related services for our MassDOT project to design the replacement of a deficient bridge over the Little River in Westfield, MA.
